I already mentioned in earlier posts that I am studying in Maastricht, which is a small, charming city in the South of the Netherlands. Apart from the great Business School, Maastricht has a lot to offer: cute shops and exquisit boutiques, excellent restaurants, lots of art galleries and antique shops. Once a year the city hosts the TEFAF, which is one of the most prominent and exclusive art fairs in the world. All in all, Maastricht is really special, not only due to its importance in the art scene, but also its symbolic role in European history. I will share with you some of my very personal insights about Maastricht and start with a shopping guide, which is to come very soon!
